You can return the undesired product(s) of your order according to the following procedures
Dry Items:
Feel free to return the dry item(s) of your order anytime within 30 days of the invoice date. The Returned item(s) must be in their original condition as received.Our warehouse has to confirm that returns are in their original condition so that the amount of returned item(s) can be refunded.
Fresh & Frozen Items:
Feel free to return the fresh and frozen item(s) of your order within 24 hours of receiving the order. The Returned item(s) must be in their original condition as received.Our warehouse has to confirm that return(s) are in their original condition so that the amount of returned item(s) can be refunded.
After receiving the returned item(s) and confirming their condition by our warehouse, the refund process takes place in a period from (...) to (...) according to the method.
You can get the amount refunded by any of the following methods:
ZumraHub Wallet: Save time & use this credit in your next purchase.
Bank transfer: transfer the amount to your bank account within 14 working days.
Vodafone Cash: get the amount transferred directly via Vodafone cash.
